Accuracy of
information
Customers are to ensure that the information given during ordering is
correct and accurate to facilitate the processing of orders.
Changing of information
Information given (contact details, orders etc) can be changed at any
point in time (yes, even after the confirmation email is sent!) before
payment is being made.
Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled at any point in time before payment is made.
Colours
While Mizzio tries to make sure that the colours of the pieces are
represented as accurately as possible by test viewing them on both
Windows PC and Macintosh computers, there is no guarantee that the
colours of the pieces, when received, will be exactly the same as those
shown on customer’s computer screen due to the difference in
technicalities (e.g. colour resolution) from computer to computer.
Mizzio greatly appreciates your understanding in this matter.
Colours appear slightly lighter on Macintosh’s screens.
Size
Items portrayed on the screen are not of actual size. Customers are
advised to refer to the measurement information given next to each
item.
Packaging
Items will be packed in bubble-wrap to ensure product safety. However,
if the item is damaged upon receipt, exchanges are allowed. (See Exchanges & Refunds)
Delivery
Mizzio will not be held responsible in the event of items being lost
during normal postage. Mizzio hopes you could understand that
incidences that occur after packages are dropped into the postal box
are beyond the control of Mizzio. Buyers are advised to opt for
registered postage.

Mizzio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify any parts
