EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are allowed if the item is:
- damaged when received due to postal handling;
What to do:
- Notify Mizzio of problem within 14 days after the date
reflected on invoice
What can be exchanged for:
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same design.
In the case where the design is not available,
you can:
- exchange for an item of the same price, or
- top-up the price
difference if you would like to exchange for an item of a higher price,
or
- choose a lower priced item and get the remaining price
difference refunded
REFUND POLICY
In the case where an exchange does not work for you, a full refund will
be made.
*Exchanges and refunds are for purchases made online only and hence not applicable for purchases made at flea markets.
